despite zai angelo being admitted in the hospital because of broncho pnuemonia, celebrating new year in the hospital definitely did not dampen our spirits.

as long as we are together, it is always better. oh that sounded like jack johnson's "better together" in reverse.

anyhow, a parent has got to do what a parent needs to do. so we made sure that our little boy will at least feel much better with our presence. in other words... a long leave from work.

and with the help of friends, family and relatives as well as angelo's doctor and the hospital's nurses, our stay in room 419 has been one memorable experience.

with gratitude to the people who visited us, your presence made us - for lack of a different term - so much better.
